Order Processing & Cut-Off
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days before your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time & Carriers
Transit time is 3–5 business days for destinations within the contiguous United States. We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on the destination state to ensure dependable service. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier; they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery.

Total estimated delivery = processing time + transit time. For example, an order placed before 2:00 PM CST on Monday may be processed by Tuesday or Wednesday and delivered by Friday or the following Monday, depending on the carrier’s schedule.
