Return Conditions

In its original packaging
Not damaged due to misuse

If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will make it right.

Return Fees

Returns are free. There are no restocking fees and no reshipment fees. We provide a prepaid return label when your return is approved. You do not pay for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email info@rtaonlines.sbs with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship it to the return address below.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we cover all return shipping costs and will refund you in full. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Changed Your Mind?

If you simply changed your mind, you can still return the item within 30 days. The same free return process applies. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
